1. Overview
At LU-ZÉ Bridal, each piece is created with intention and care. Due to the nature of our designs—many of which are custom or made-to-order—our return policy is limited and specific.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and made-to-order garments are:
- Final sale
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
These pieces are created specifically for each client based on their measurements, preferences, and design selections.
By placing a custom order, you agree to these terms.
3. Ready-to-Wear Items (If Applicable)
For non-custom items (if offered), returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be:
- Unworn
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom garments
- Altered items
- Worn or damaged items
- Final sale items
- Accessories (for hygiene and handling reasons, if applicable)
5. Fittings & Adjustments
For custom orders:
- Minor adjustments may be offered at our discretion
- Additional alteration fees may apply
- Clients are responsible for attending fittings (if applicable) or confirming measurements accurately
6. Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started
- After this period, cancellations may not be possible
Deposits are non-refundable
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and order details
We will review the issue and provide a resolution if applicable.
8. Shipping
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs
