1. Overview

This website is operated by LU-ZÉ Bridal. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LU-ZÉ Bridal. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Services

LU-ZÉ Bridal specializes in custom bridal garments, modular pieces, and made-to-order designs. Due to the nature of our work:

  • Many items are custom-made or made-to-order
  • Each piece is designed with the client’s input and specifications
  • Slight variations may occur due to craftsmanship, materials, and screen display

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Full payment or deposit (if applicable) is required to begin production
  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Custom Orders (Important)

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate measurements
  • Design approvals (sketches, selections, or confirmations) are final
  • Custom pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be resold

Once production begins, changes may not be possible or may incur additional fees.

5. Production & Delivery

  • Production timelines are estimates and may vary
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Clients are encouraged to order well in advance of their event

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of bridal and custom work:

  • All custom and made-to-order items are final sale
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted on custom pieces

For non-custom items (if applicable), returns must be:

  • Requested within [X] days
  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase (if production has not started)
  • After this period, cancellations may not be possible

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and branding are the property of LU-ZÉ Bridal.

You may not:

  • Copy
  • Reproduce
  • Distribute
  • Use designs without permission

9. Limitation of Liability

LU-ZÉ Bridal shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Delays outside our control
  • Misuse of products

Our liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information on this site is complete or error-free.
